Currently running v7.4.10.5 on a 6x.
These were the steps I used to create the snd file from a MP3:
- Opened in Audacity
- Changed Project Rate (bottom left) to 8000 Hz
- File > Export
- Save as type: Other uncompressed files
- Click Options, change Header to RAW (header-less), Encoding to U-Law
- Save with .snd file name as per AllWorx documentation
To Upload - Be logged into Allworx as Admin
How to Upload MOH File
Go to Music On Hold >
go to Customer Recordings file Import
Drag and Drop
Press Upload
When Install Button is ready - Press Install
Go back to main screen for Music On Hold
go to Music On Hold Sources and cick Modify
Apply the new snd file to the sources
