To record a greeting for any mailbox from any handset on the system :

Dial *5000

input the Mailbox

Input the Mailbox Password

Press 0   Then follow the prompts

This will be the easiest way to record the greetings for any extension, whether its yours or for a generic mailbox, even if you need to change recording of user that has left the company.
