This guide will walk you through how to access your voicemail, record a personal greeting, and understand how voicemail messages. These notes are delivered when using a Yealink T46G but can work for other devices
There are two ways to access your voicemail on the Yealink T46G:
Press the Message button on the phone (looks like an envelope 📩).
Follow the voice prompts.
You may be asked to enter your voicemail PIN (default PIN is typically 1234).
If this is your first time, you may be prompted to set up your mailbox.
Open CoreNEXA Mobile app
Sign in with your Coredial credentials ( created by your Complete-Voice admin)
To personalize your voicemail, follow these steps after accessing your voicemail:
Unavailable Message:
Dial *301 + your extension number (i.e. *301119 with your extension number being 119)
Busy Message:
Dial *302 + your extension number (i.e. *302119 with your extension number being 119)
To Record your name for the dial by name Directory and your voicemail:
Dial *303+your extension number
Tip: Keep your greeting clear and professional, especially if used for business purposes.
All voicemail messages left for you will:
Be stored in your voicemail box.
Depending on how much information is given for the user of the line emails will be Automatically be sent to your email as a .wav
audio file (voicemail-to-email feature).
This allows you to listen to messages on your computer or mobile device.
Ensure your email address is correctly configured in the CoreDial portal or by your system administrator.
If you're unable to access voicemail or forgot your PIN, contact your IT administrator or Complete-Voice support team.
Make sure your voicemail box isn’t full — delete old messages regularly.
