The CoreDial app and Direct Dials

To Use this App:

· Download and install the app on your Phone or tablet

· Sign-in using your phone system portal username and password

NOTE: If you need more information or can’t log in, check with your service provider to see if you have the necessary permissions to use this application.

Direct dials are phone number linked with the users extension, so if you need to call the user you can just call them via their Direct number rather than calling the main line and dialing their extension.
Within the app you can place calls, listen to voicemails and even reset the account password within settings.
