Step-by-Step Guide: Accessing VoIP Extension Information and Recorded Lines

I hope this message finds you well. Below are the step-by-step directions to access extension information from your VoIP system and view the recorded lines:

Step 1:

Go to voip.netcomplete.net using your preferred web browser.
Sign in with your email, which serves as your username. If you require a password reset, please let us know.



Step 2:

After signing in, you will be taken to the home page of your account.



Step 3:


To find a list of extensions, locate the "Services" option on the horizontal menu and click on it.



Step 4:

On the left-hand menu, scroll down and select "Extensions" and then choose "Standard."



Step 5:

You will now be able to see a list of all the extensions available.



Step 6:

If you want to view the details of a specific extension and set inbound dialing rules, click on the hyperlinked extension.


Step 7:

To find out which lines are being recorded, navigate to the left side menu and select "Premium Call Recording."



Step 8:

In the Premium Call Recording section, you can choose which extensions need to be recorded.



Step 9:

Returning to the left menu, you will see an additional option titled "File Access."



Step 10:


By clicking on "File Access," you can download and listen to the recorded calls, and it will indicate which line the recording is from.
