Dual Monitor - No video

It seemed like no video on either monitor, however, mouse was on right monitor. That led me to believet the left monitor was broken, so I unplugged it and let user use the single monitor

So if a user says there's no video, and you see a mouse cursor on one, that will tell you that Windows is up and working.  It's just that the main monitor.. which usually has all the icons on it, does not work.
